BidaRental LLC ("BidaRental," "we," "us," or "our") provides an equipment-rental marketplace and AI-powered tools that help users describe the equipment they need, discover nearby rental companies, and gather quotes. We are not a rental company and do not own or supply the equipment listed.

We may use information about how you use our Services to monitor for unusual or abusive use, improve the accuracy and performance of our matching and outreach systems, and provide support resources.

At this time, BidaRental does not routinely use biometric verification. If we decide in the future to use biometric identity verification, we will clearly explain what biometric data will be collected and why, obtain your consent where required by law, limit the use and retention of such data to what is reasonably necessary, and contractually require any vendors involved to protect that data in accordance with applicable law.

BidaRental helps you discover equipment rental companies and gather quotes. We are not a rental company and do not supply equipment ourselves; any rental agreement is between you and the rental company.

Quotes and availability are provided by third-party rental companies, may change, and are not guaranteed; you should confirm pricing, terms, and availability directly with the rental company before relying on them.
If we become aware of misuse of our tools, we may take appropriate action, including limiting or terminating access to the Services.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
